This EYE ON THE SKY 1996 Almanac for Princeton, New Jersey, is created for Princeton Online and sponsored by
These rising and setting times for the sun, moon and planets are calculated for central Princeton (Palmer Square) and use a standard horizon. Atmospheric conditions at the time of rising and setting might change these times by as much as a minute or so. When they are visible, the planets Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn usually are among the brightest objects in the heavens and can be seen easily without a telescope.
How bright are the planets tonight? Find out with the EYE ON THE SKY Planetary Magnitude Almanac for the Fels Planetarium and Franklin Institute Science Museum of Philadelphia.
